Meet the staff

Originally from Ireland, Trish moved to the east coast of America after completing her JD and Masters in Law. Her travels brought her to Winter Park, Colorado where she worked with the National Sports Center for Disabled ski program. While in Winter Park Trish met her husband and they moved to Colorado Springs in 2000. Trish was introduced to Pilates when it was offered during lunchtime at her workplace. After just a handful of classes, Trish noticed how much Pilates helped her strength and flexibility. After her instructor announced she was leaving Trish received her certification in Mat Pilates and took over the instructor position. With her growing passion for Pilates, Trish also received her certification in equipment Pilates. She opened her studio ReVibe Pilates and Bodywork in 2008 with her husband which offers mat and equipment Pilates and massage therapy. Trish works with clients ranging from the dancer, seasoned athlete to the client rehabilitating from surgery. Voted “Best Pilates Studio” for four years running Trish continues to offer quality Pilates instruction with a goal to help each client achieve their maximum performance potential. Trish has found that her transition to a Pilates instruction career has had a positive impact on her own personal health and wellness while at the same time offering the same benefit to her own clients. She loves the community it builds amongst her clients and how she herself feels more connected to the health, fitness and arts community.

Ilana grew up in Southern California, where she studied ballet at the Academy of Dance in Santa Ana. She attended the University of Arizona School of Dance and graduated with a BFA in Dance in 2010. Here, Ilana was first introduced to Fletcher Pilates through Kyria Sabin and Deborah Mendoza; both of whom trained under Ron Fletcher. Ilana had practiced Pilates from age 11 as a supplement to her ballet training, and recognized its benefits in helping her to train many hours a week without injury. Ilana's continued passion for the work developed, as it helped her gain the strength she needed to pursue a professional ballet career. Following college graduation, Ilana moved to San Diego to join The California Ballet Company, and was promoted to soloist two years later. She moved to San Francisco and continued to dance with several companies, including the San Francisco Opera dance corps, Menlowe Ballet, and Company C Contemporary Ballet. While in the Bay Area, Ilana completed her Foundational Pilates Training under Catherine Anderson (Fletcher Pilates faculty) at Studio 4 Pilates. She is currently in the midst of the Fletcher Pilates Professional Program, based in Tucson, Arizona. Ilana’s passion is movement, and the study of how it can help to heal and strengthen any body at any stage in life. “Change happens through movement, and movement heals” -Joseph Pilates

Janet was first introduced to Pilates in the 1990's when she was working as a performing dancer and dance teacher in the Indianapolis area. She fell in love with the technique immediately and completed an initial teacher training through the Physicalmind Institute. She also trained with Integrated Balance and Balanced Body and has been teaching for over 20 years. She spent a year teaching Pilates in Jakarta Indonesia in 2013/14. Janet has taught Pilates in private studios, therapeutic, gym, dance studio and academic settings. She teaches Pilates to children as well as to adults. She believes that the sense of flow, alignment, core strength and mind/body connection that the method develops can benefit everyone.
